2 cans (85 g each) Clover Leaf Skipjack Flaked Light Tuna, Lemon and Pepper
1/4 cup (50 mL) plain light cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup (50 mL) finely chopped red pepper
2 tbsp (30 mL) finely chopped red onion
Tips: For a gourmet filling, substitute softened chèvre-style goat cheese for the cream cheese.
