2 cans (142 g each) Clover Leaf® Flaked Sockeye Salmon - Skin & Bones Removed, drained
1 large fresh egg, slightly beaten
½ cup (125 mL) chopped onion
½ cup (125 mL) diced green bell pepper
½ cup (125 mL) fresh whole wheat bread crumbs
1 tbsp (15 mL) lemon juice
1 tsp (5 mL) grated lemon peel
1/2 tsp (2 mL) dry rosemary, crushed
pinch ground black pepper
1 tbsp (15 mL) vegetable oil
4 hamburger buns, toasted
Condiments, dill pickle, lettuce, tomato and/or red onion (optional)
Tips:
To grill the burgers, preheat the grill to medium and grease well. Place burgers on the grill and cook for 3 minutes per side or until lightly browned.
