1 1/2 cups (375 mL) short grain rice, cooked
2 tsp (10 mL) sugar
3 tbsp (45 mL) distilled white vinegar
4 sheets about 6x8 inches each, nori (dried seaweed)
2 cans (106g each) Clover Leaf Brisling Sardines in Olive Oil, drained
Vegetables, cut into thin julienne (carrots, green onions, cucumbers, etc.)
Soy sauce, pickled ginger and wasabi paste
