Dill-icious Tuna and Cucumber Salad

Dill-iciously seasoned tuna salad mixture is the perfect lunchtime topper for a salad or sandwich.

Ingredients

2 cans (170 g)
CLOVER LEAF® Solid White Albacore Tuna in Water, drained and flaked, or Flaked White Tuna
1 cup
Cucumber, peeled, seeded and diced
1/4 cup
Spring onion, chopped
2 tbsp
Dill, fresh, chopped
2 tbsp
Mayonnaise, reduced fat
1/2 tbsp
Dijon mustard
1/8 tsp
Black pepper, ground

Lettuce leaves
1
tomato, medium, sliced
8 slices
Whole wheat bread (optional)

Preparation

  1. Combine tuna, cucumber, onion, dill, mayonnaise, mustard and pepper.
  2. Serve on a bed of lettuce with tomatoes or on whole wheat bread for a sandwich (optional).
