Asian Tuna Lettuce Cups

Loaded with flavour, these lettuce cups are a great option for eating solo or serving a crowd.

Ingredients

8 Boston lettuce leaves
1 cup (250 mL) chopped cucumber
2 cans (85 g each) CLOVER LEAF® Flaked Light Tuna - Lemon & Ginger with Sesame
1 tsp (5 mL) low-sodium soy sauce
2 green onions, thinly sliced
1/2 tsp (2 mL) toasted sesame seeds (optional)
1 tbsp (15 mL) sriracha sauce

PREP INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Arrange lettuce leaves on platter. Divide cucumber among lettuce leaves. 
  2. Mix tuna with soy sauce; divide among lettuce cups.
  3. Top with green onions, and sesame seeds (if using). Drizzle with sriracha. Serve immediately. 
Tip:
  • Alternatively, chop lettuce and layer ingredients in four 1-cup (250 mL) Mason jars to transform this recipe into a portable dish.
