Lemon & Pepper Tuna Salad Bowl

Our zesty lemon & pepper flavoured light tuna is the hero of this salad. Light and simple, this bowl keeps things easy and our flavoured tuna adds more zing.

Ingredients

1 can (85 g) Clover Leaf Flaked Light Tuna - Lemon & Pepper
¼ cup Frozen corn, defrosted
¼ cup Black beans
½ cup Cooked white rice
½-1 tsp Cilantro, chopped
1 tsp Lime juice
1 cup Romaine lettuce, shredded
¼ cup Chunky salsa (pico de gallo)
1 tsp Jalapeño peppers, optional
¼ - ½ Lime

PREP INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Heat up tuna, corn and black beans (we microwaved each individually).
  2. Toss cooked white rice with cilantro and lime juice.
  3. Assemble a bowl with lettuce, rice, tuna, corn, black beans, salsa and jalapeños (optional).
  4. Squeeze lime on top as dressing.
