6 Mini bagels, sliced and toasted
1 tbsp Olive oil
½ tsp Salt, to taste (for the bagels)
1 can (142 g) Clover Leaf Flaked Sockeye Salmon - Skin & Bones Removed, drained
½ cup Cream cheese, room temperature
1 Lemon, zested
1 Lemon, juiced
1 Red onion, finely chopped
2 tbsp Parsley, chopped
2 tbsp Chives, chopped
2 tbsp Dill, chopped
1/8 tsp Salt, to taste (for the rillette)
