Salmon Salad Sandwich

Our sweet and tangy salmon salad packs a delectable flavour of its own — combining dill, celery, onion, and lemon, with our salmon, an inexpensive source of proteins and omegas, to make this lip-smacking sammy. Winner winner salmon dinner. Or lunch.

Ingredients

1 can (142 g) CLOVER LEAF® Flaked Pink Salmon – Skin & Bones Removed, drained
1/4 cup Spring onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup Celery, finely chopped
1/2 tsp Dill, dried
1/2 tsp Lemon juice
1/4 cup Mayonnaise, reduced fat
½ cup Arugula, fresh (or lettuce of your choice), if desired
6 slices Tomato, if desired
4 slices Rustic bread

PREP INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Combine salmon, green onion, celery, dill, lemon juice, seasoned salt and mayonnaise. Spread half of salmon mixture on two slices of bread.
  2. Then add lettuce and tomato if desired, and top with remaining slices to make 2 sandwiches.
