3 tbsp (40 g) plus 4 tbsp (57 g) Unsalted butter
½ cup (20 g) Breadcrumbs (panko or others)
200 g Linguine, dry
¼ cup (50 g) Olive oil
1 tsp (3 g) Chili flakes
2 cloves (5 g) Garlic, finely grated
4 (20 g) Anchovy fillets, diced
1 g Salt to taste
1 can (80 g) Clover Leaf Flaked Light Tuna in Olive Oil & Chili Pepper 3x80g pack

½ bunch (35 g) Fresh mint, chopped
